I went for a hearing test but due to my tinnitus being sudden onset Hayley recommended I see my doctor first to rule out any underlying medical issues just to insure an accurate hearing test. I appreciated that. Plus she was super nice and explained everything clearly.

I bought my hearing aids from an Audibel in Pinellas county. When I am in Pensacola and have a difficulty or need help they are very accommodating. Also they are very courteous while they are helping me. Also these particular hearing aids are awesome. They have Artificial Intelligence and I can get languages translated and appointment reminders and I can ask them any questions and like Google they come back with an answer quickly. The App on the phone allows me to know how many steps I have taken daily, monthly and yearly. Also they are so good at allowing me to hear the things I missed for a long time and they can analyze my environment and set up the perfect adjustments for me. They are fantastic but they are expensive but I believe they are worth every penny. I’ve had these about 18 months now and they have a 60 month warranty life.
